Tim Lynch is a partner at Swartz & Lynch LLP where his focus is on complex tort cases. He enjoys a wealth of trial experience dealing with complex legal matters. He has handled cutting-edge work, such as tobacco litigation, medical device litigation, and household products. While Tim enjoys many multi-million dollar settlement and verdicts, in 1998, he won what was then the largest personal injury verdict ($26.5 million) in Massachusetts at that time. He has many and varied interests in the law, including products liability, premise liability, negligent security, negligent hiring, and medical malpractice. He is also dedicated to the rights of children. Since 2000, he has served as President of Boston CASA, a charitable organization devoted to advocacy for abused children. His tireless work on behalf of abused children was formally recognized when he won the Massachusetts Bar Association’s 2013 Pro Bono Publico Award.
